The Mental Passage

The Hand is a metaphor representing the different states we embody as humans, there are five states:

  1. Spiritual
  2. Mental
  3. Physical
  4. Emotional
  5. Social

Our Mental state of mind is a little more of a complicated beast, our minds can be like horses galloping constantly changing direction for no apparent reason or sometimes just because it believes it is approaching a dangerous situation. Without getting too deep into the Lovebeing Wellbeing program I will take this opportunity to explore some of the areas covered.

Before we embark on the journey of what we do here at Lovebeing, I’d like to remind you of the need to take a close look at those closest to you who may be displaying symptoms of Depression, increased Anxiety, Low self-esteem, and a lack of (or those unable to show) compassion and empathy for others. This is prevalent not only among adults but is also increasing within our younger population of children from the ages of 7 onwards, these children are becoming subjected to the darker side of the technological social media market.

The social media communities, which have risen very quickly over the last ten years, has created a new form of communication without the limits of space and time, this interaction now has the power to destroy a another Being’s world mentally, in a matter of a few clicks. Many of these people who were themselves once victims, become bullies and subject those weaker or younger with the same pain they have had to endure. This situation is increasing everywhere, from school, to places of work or even within the family unit. Our Qualified Mindfulness practitioners are able to design programmes suitable for any environment requiring an injection of love into the lives those present, those looking for a little bit of mental piece while at work or school.
